The Mental Health Therapist will provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, families, and/or groups. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping others, committed to ethical practice, and comfortable working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities
Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
Participate in case consultations and ongoing professional development .
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
tLMHC, LMSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care.
